Close to the pretty town of Bridgnorth, Oldfield is situated in a beautiful area just outside the picturesque village of Ditton Priors, where there is a Post Office, shop, garage/paper shop and pub. Although we are based in Ditton Priors, we also welcome residents from Shropshire and Bridgnorth.
Life is restful but interesting at Oldfield Residential Home with each resident being cared for according to an individual care plan tailored to their needs. We promote a comfortable homely atmosphere with no set visiting times, and encourage family and friends to visit as often, and for as long, as they wish in order to maintain the ties that are so essential to everyone's well being.

At Oldfield Residential Home we provide nursing care, elderly care services, residential care and dementia care of the highest standard, to 45 older people. There is plenty of space around the home with two lounges, two dining rooms and two sun lounges. All of our rooms are on the ground floor, being pleasant, spacious and individually decorated, with each resident being encouraged to personalise rooms with their own possessions. Our gardens and bird tables support a wide variety of wildlife, easily seen from all the windows around the home.

Among the services provided are; visiting entertainers; open visiting times; visiting hairdresser; physiotherapist (on request); state chiropodist; visiting Vicar for communion and pastoral advice; shopping trips on request; visiting library, recreational facilities and visiting G.P.
