At WhiteLodge we know that a well trained, organised, motivated and informed team is the key to fulfilling our Care Philosophy and Statement of Purpose. This belief runs through the organisation, led by Registered Providers and our senior management team.
To support this we have developed a comprehensive set of policies and procedures that ensure all staff are well trained, understand their roles and responsibilities, feel valued and supported and are not only well informed about the business, but are also able to contribute to its ongoing development
Senior Management Team
A good team requires good leadership and WhiteLodge have created a senior management team with a shared ambition to provide excellent standards of care and employment.
Each home is led by the Registered Manager who in turn reports directly to the Registered Providers ensuring clear and accurate communication around the group.
Supporting each manager is a dedicated team including a deputy manager and senior care assistants who complete the organisational structure that supports our beliefs and ensures that the care we deliver matches the expectations of our residents, their family and friends. The efforts of the whole team are supported by our central group administrator.
